My leads & collars are handmade & usually on receipt of order.
I endeavour to turn around jobs within 3-4 days but sometimes it doesn't quite work out that way.
Because the work is handmade, there are sometimes small variations in the finished job & it's sometimes necessary to do the work over a few days. Any work that involves dyes will take a minimum 10-14 days to complete.
Leads can be made in any length, but popular items are sometimes on hand.
Lead widths are 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm & 18 mm & the leather has a depth or thickness of approx. 3.5 - 4 mm.
The leather is soft in the hand but very strong & in my opinion there is no better leather for dog leads & collars available, anywhere & I have not had a client who does not agree with me.
The leather is imported from Europe (not Asia) and not cheap, but if you look after quality leather, it will last you a lifetime.
The hardware is either solid brass or stainless steel, again made in Germany or The Netherlands & again not cheap, with the size complementing the width of the lead. This hardware will not fail under load.
Collars are usually martingales, slip collars, my silent collars & what's known as dominant collars.
I make short leads & tabs in a variety of styles for you if you are involved in disciplines other than conformation showing.
If what you wanted is not advertised in my Store, I can make it up for you.
