Due to a strong demand for 12 mm leads over the last few weeks, I'm not able to take new orders for 12 mm leads etc for the next 2 weeks.
More orders are coming in from overseas & I'm happy to take orders & send goods overseas.
There have been a couple of problems with parcels sent to NZ so now I insure the goods so if there is a problem ie lost in transit even with tracking numbers, I'm not out of pocket. NZ clients can expect postage charges to NZ for parcels under 1 kg in weight with insurance will be approx $A30.
The year is moving fast & it has been surprisingly busy for me
I'm still getting orders out within the 72 hour time frame I allowed myself & then it's up to Australia Post.
Unfortunately there's nothing I can do once they take the Express satchel out of my hands, but I do have a Tracking Number which I send to the client's email address on the day the order is posted.
There is a section on the address label for the recipient's mobile number which may help AusPost if there is some delay. So please supply your mobile number when ordering.
Although AusPost advise expedited delivery, delivery to outlying country locations may still take a little more time.
I appreciate email advice that orders are delivered & when delivered so I can keep a record on the delivery time taken.
